I don't know what planet Howard Dean is from. This is probably the most laughable explanation for the Scott Brown win I have heard. Not even Chris Matthews can figure it out.

Oh my, Howard Dean is looking good these days. Looks like someone has been spending more time at the gym and hair salon than preparing for media appearances.
Hilarious.
I love how at the very end of the conversation Dean says, "I dunno I wasn't following the campaign all that closely."
